Good brand for adhesive and grout
Hi,
We have previously used Kiilto fix and grout which worked okay. Now we are going to tile the kitchen, and normally we would have bought the same again, but the problem is that it is not so easy to get hold of in Kristianstad (no retailers that I could find). What other brands are worth buying? Does it really matter if you're going to use gray grout? I know that black grout is difficult to achieve and requires higher quality.

I like Weber, I think it has worked well.
I wanted Ardex but unfortunately only got it for the joint. The adhesive became Höganäs for 200 SEK, if I wanted Ardex there it would cost just over 500 SEK since they only had a special version in stock.
When it comes to primer, I could choose between Finja for 100 SEK and Ardex for just over 200 SEK, I think it will be Finja.

When it comes to kitchens, it doesn't really matter as most things work.
The joints are probably the best available on the market today according to many professionals.
Ardex has made an active choice not to produce dust-reduced products because it requires large amounts of oil. Instead, they developed a "nozzle" to place over the bucket and connect to the vacuum cleaner to achieve dust reduction, a bit more cumbersome yes, but it avoids oil usage.

Yes, for kitchen tiles it probably doesn't matter much.
But as an amateur, I appreciate the open times on schönox products; I find ardex skins much faster than the stated times..
Grout I think is all the same crap..
