Drove with this from warehouse shelf.. sharp coarse threads bite well. If the crap doesn't rust up! Hehe
Close-up of a metallic screw with sharp, coarse threads lying on a wooden surface.

Mine has been screwed into the panel for two seasons. Even though the kids have pulled on it. Coarse threads hold well.

I did the same, one screw should be enough! Try pulling out such a screw with the crowbar!

The most important thing is to choose coarse threads, then it will probably never come loose. Cut in really well :) the screw I'm using now had coarser threads than a French screw of the same diameter.

How is the evening at roll Up? Do you need to lubricate the drive wheels or something like that? Or is it completely maintenance-free!?

How much can the hose withstand? When washing the car, we go over a gravel road with lots of stones and gravel. Can it be damaged when cars drive over the hose?

It is completely maintenance-free. The hose is Gardena quality but I probably wouldn't drive over it too many times with a car on gravel anyway.

Planning to install a similar one but in a lightweight concrete wall. I'm considering whether to buy special lightweight concrete plugs or if the included ones will work. It will bear the weight of the hose reel and water, and then you will pull on the actual water hose.

The included ones look like this:
Plastic wall plug and metal screw on a white surface.

For lightweight concrete, I would recommend Fischer GB for heavy-duty fastening. Alternatively, use anchor compound and threaded rod.
