Gluing joints in a steel chimney?

Hi,
I have a mobile stove/fireplace where the chimney is assembled in sections, like a telescope. It can get a bit wobbly though, so I'm wondering if it would be possible to glue some sections for a sturdier construction. Is there even any glue that can withstand the high temperatures near the stove? /Regards
