Glue wooden batten to tiled floor?

Is it possible to glue an unplaned beam like 28x35 to a tiled floor and have it stay in place? What do you use to glue it, Tec9 or something similar? The beam will support a side wall for a sliding door solution. The floor is tile on lightweight concrete, and there is underfloor heating, so I would prefer not to drill.

Yes, use TEC7 and clean thoroughly beforehand. Bonds 27kg/cm2

Just, Tec7 is it, nothing else. Clean with acetone/T-röd or something else?

T-röd should work well.
