Choice of glue? Wooden stud against concrete.
Which adhesive should be chosen for gluing floor joists to concrete indoors?

Now that wasn't the question if it was good or not! But I'll give an answer anyway. The ground was filled with 1.5 meter of stone material before the slab was cast. A plastic sheet has been taped to the concrete and has been there for a year without any sign of moisture, so I think it's quite risk-free to glue the wooden stud directly to the concrete.S Stensson11 said:
Read a bit about PL600, feels like the right adhesive.Denniis said:
Okay, open time = 10 min allows enough time to spread the adhesive, mount the beam, and secure it in place before the adhesive cures.

I am very grateful that I receive answers and information about things I haven't even asked about!Alfredo said:
It really helps me a lot in solving my question about which glue is recommended with the answer to use a metal strip.😂

Is the forum's main purpose to help others when you start a thread and ask about your own thoughts?
In my naivety, I thought I was asking a question to get answers to what I asked about and not to help others with answers to things I didn't ask about.
But I'll continue in that spirit, here's another tip on the subject that doesn't answer my question.
Use metal nail plug 5x22 for the metal track so you don't have to glue it.

This is a nice nail to attach things to concrete.
When I ask a question, I feel selfish and just want to know the right answer, but when I read other questions and answers, there are always things to learn.
I have to like that openness anyway.
PL400, is it no longer available?
A friend emptied a half-full tube of PL400 into a half-full oil pan, later in the week when it was time to clean and pour the oil into the designated place, the PL400 was stuck at the bottom of the oil pan and had to be chiseled away.
But PL600 sounds like it’s an even better sequel

I don't mind if additional information related to the topic is added, but I expect that there is relevant information in response to the question posed in the thread.Workingclasshero said:
