Glue plastic hose

Is it possible to seal (glue) a dishwasher drain hose that has small holes gnawed by mice? Which glue is best?

Difficult to seal with glue
Take electrical tape and wrap around a lot and past the holes a bit, it will go down into the grooves when you stretch it and seal well, this is the fastest and easiest way, otherwise replace.
