Today I got a great idea, but I don't know if it's practically possible to implement. I thought I'd ask here if anyone has done something similar.
I have a large room facing the back of the property with a fantastic view. There are currently two large windows in it, and we've planned to add a patio door eventually.
However, I just had the brilliant idea that it would look great and open if we could open up more by replacing the exterior wall with a glass wall. Part of it should be a door too, of course.
Is this something that can be done, or should I stop dreaming now

I think there is a family that has done that who lives a little further away from us... their house is probably built around the 50s/60s and half of the short side and part of the long side are glass. Looks cool! But how they've done it etc... no idea. Fun idea anyway!
