Nice, but I'm having a bit of trouble getting the right perspective on the hatch. Have you inserted some cool corrugated pattern under the glass that creates some kind of depth under the glass or? Of course, you should have a glass hatch! Money comes into the account every month, but a cool glass hatch you won't make every year!

The image is sent from the manufacturer, I have also thought about the pattern, but cannot conclude anything other than that it is reflections in the glass layers, so what you see is the ceiling of the workshop. The glass is supposed to be completely transparent, in a frame that is 100mm thick, to fit in the foundation.

Very nice! You won't regret it! Details like being able to admire nice wine bottles or your stockpile of gold bars will enhance your life.

Oh, I forgot to update, now the hatch is in place, even though the gas spring is still missing...

  • Floor hatch open with a view into a wine cellar below, installed but missing the gas spring support.
  • A wine rack with multiple bottles placed horizontally. The rack appears finished, though missing a gas spring according to the update.
  • A floor hatch installed in a tiled room, without the gas spring, reflecting the surrounding interior elements.

That's right, if the gas spring ever gets right, it should open automatically when you enter the code.

  • Keypad on a wall with numbers 1 to 9 and symbols, used for entering codes to trigger gas spring opening.

Now the lighting is in place, although I need to buy two more spotlights, as I burned two when I connected them incorrectly...

I am still waiting for the right gas spring that will open the hatch when the correct code is entered, but it is even more delayed!

However, I have managed to get the locking function right so that everything is ready when the gas spring arrives.
