Hello.

I'm a bit unsure how to proceed to achieve the same level between the tiles and parquet flooring in my new build.

At the base, there is a floating screed cast slab with underfloor heating.

I have installed parquet flooring (t=15mm) + foam (t=2mm) in large parts of the house, in the hallway, I will lay tiles (300X300mm, t=approx. 9mm). I want these floor surfaces at the same level.

A theoretical layer of adhesive is required at 8 mm (15mm+2mm-9mm) to achieve this.

I have tried to find out how thick a layer of adhesive can be, and I understand that this is too much?

Of course, in hindsight, it would have been smarter to lay a thicker layer of self-leveling compound where the tiles are going directly...

What is the optimal thickness for the adhesive for these tiles?

Considering if I should use self-leveling compound once more where the tiles are going to be, but you don't want too thin a layer of self-leveling compound either...

Pulling out fix with the 10mm comb and then pressing down the fix by 2mm is no big deal. 10mm is standard for natural stone, so why wouldn't it work on tiles?

Sounds completely reasonable, I just don't have the energy to make a mistake

Do not make them at the same level but place the tiles a little higher and attach the transition strip to the tiled section. That way, the other floor can move without the strip moving.
