I have an edge that I think (?) has frozen and cracked. I'm considering cutting the edge all the way and casting a chamfer. So along the entire length where they have cracked. But maybe there are better ideas?

Or maybe try to replace the damaged tiles..? and what joint/grout should I use in that case...
Those who are sitting there do not seem to be frost-resistant, or have they been subject to mechanical damage as they appear to hang out by a few centimeters. Knocking loose and setting frost-resistant tiles is another idea. Don't forget the downhill slope, so water flows off outward.
No idea if they are frost-resistant, I wasn't the one who installed them but they might not be. Not keen on chipping them all away, quite a big project as they go under the facade...

Can't you cut them near the façade and put new ones outside?
An alternative is to install a sloped metal sheet?
In that case, the best option would be to mill 10mm into the facade and insert the metal sheet.
If the facade is completely smooth, it might work to plug and seal on top.
