We are in the process of building a house, a 1 1/2 story of about 200 sqm. The exterior is completely finished and we are now working on the interior, the walls on the ground floor are fully insulated and we are working on the second layer on the upper floor/attic.
The problem we have now is the cold and changes in weather. Yesterday it was -20 outside and today +2 degrees. We don't have a thermometer inside the house but it's at least 0 degrees if not colder.
Today when we arrived at the house there was a light frost on the inside, both on the insulation and the roof trusses/floor joists. Some windows were left open for a while yesterday...
Having heat in the house is not recommended until it's fully insulated and plastic-covered. We only have temporary construction power so connecting fans is not very appealing right now.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on what we should/can do?!
