Hello!

Hoping for some help from someone more knowledgeable than me. We have an old traditional pizza arch (when is that going to be in style again by the way?) in our house. I'm planning to renovate the living room and want to install a double door instead of the arch.

The door is quite high, and my biggest concern is whether there's a high load-bearing beam above the pizza arch that I currently can't see. That would complicate things as the height might not be sufficient.

Is there any way to speculate, before I tear it down and check, how it should look? Today, the ceiling height is 2.55 meters, and the door will be about 2.33 meters high with the frame.

There's nothing on the drawings. I don't know if the roof structure matters. It's a two-story house with what I believe are trusses. Adding a few pictures that might help a bit.

Grateful for any answers
