How do you frame a sleeping alcove with a sloped ceiling? I'm also planning to build in the bed (like a fixed base). I have cut open the wall and saved the wall above and below. Can you use MDF instead of gypsum on the walls as well? Should you insulate (there is an "outer closet" behind)?
