Frame out where there are radiators/windows?

I am currently busy framing out some walls in the basement.
Now I come to a wall that has windows, but most importantly, a radiator

How do I make it look best around the radiator, I don't want to build it in. I do NOT want to move it out.
The window seems easier. It's concrete and it's a basement. Later on, I'll encounter this problem on the main floor, and I want to have made the "mistakes" in the basement.

Tips and ideas, preferably pictures of your solutions, are gratefully received!

Refrain from covering that wall... I don't see any other options since you don't want to move out the radiator or build it in.

The alternative is to build a frame around it, or won't that be a nice solution?

Why do you want to strap out then? If it's to get an even wall, it should be enough to screw up a thin board (non-organic) and you can slip it down behind the radiator.
