Want to lay the foundation for a patio with glass sections. I have a plot with quite clayey soil and ground heat with pipes across the entire plot area. I experience that I have quite large movements on the plot, which I suspect come from frost heave due to the ground heat.

How should I lay my foundation to solve this? Dig below the pipe depth of more than one meter and then insulate around the pillars? No fun holes. Also risk damaging the pipes.

I think you probably need to address the issue regardless of which foundation method you then use. That is, dig up the pipes and insulate them properly to a few meters outside the planned deck. Then they can't steal the heat, and in Skåne, you probably don't need to lay the foundation so deep with regard to common frost heaving.
