Hi, I need to glue/repair a hole in a chipboard wall where the space is very small (can't fit my hand) and where I need to stabilize a bit with a product that is hard when it has dried.

Is there foam or some glue that can be used with a glue gun or foam sprayer that becomes hard and stable like wood when it has dried?

Thanks

How hard is hard? Foam sealant becomes fairly hard once it has cured.

hard as plastic or wood I need

May I ask why?

Will you fill the entire space or will you repair the hole in the board?

One can imagine cutting out a piece of particle board/gypsum board the same size as the hole, screwing a short piece of wood larger than the hole onto the gypsum board, filling the hole with expanding foam (not overfilling, so that it can expand "backward"), and then placing the gypsum and screwing the wood piece so the new board is flush with the old one. Once the foam has cured, you remove the wood piece, scrape away the expanding foam, and fill the wall. It’s not a good solution, but if it's the only way to fix it, it should work...

If you need to repair the hole, it's almost easier to cut it open, place pieces of wood behind it, and then insert a piece of chipboard. For example, a hole saw can make the hole round and cut out a patch piece. A square hole also works.
If it needs further reinforcement, you might need to see what it is and know why. If there is something to screw into behind the hollow spaces, you can, for example, place a piece of wood in the spaces and drive a screw straight through. If there's nothing to screw into, mounting glue might work. And so on.

a little difficult to explain but it's not possible to remove and replace chipboard or the like. I need something that can be sprayed into a 2 cm hole and fill out behind it to become hard later on. I managed to drill a hole in a crosswise chipboard/stud in the middle of a wall and want to fill this with something hard without tearing down the entire wall.
