Looking at foam boards for the slab in my renovation house. What is the lowest load-bearing class I can use for the foam boards?
It is an area of about 80 m². I will be using 3 layers of 100 mm each.

Cannot be answered unless you know how the surface will be loaded. Is it just a concrete floor inside existing walls that only carries people and furniture, or is it a seven-story concrete building standing on the slab?

Yes, my mistake. It is a floor within 4 walls of about 80 sqm that will be loaded with various furniture and people. I am renovating my house and will go from a crawl space foundation to a slab. Existing cast edge beam, piled down to frost-free depth. Foundation material is soil (very firm ground) and 1 meter below that, lakebed/blue clay. I will lay geotextile fabric, gravel 6-16 to get an even level about 150 mm layer, 300 mm of foam plastic, and finally 100-120 mm concrete layer with reinforcement mesh and underfloor heating pipes.

I'm wondering if I should use reinforcement mesh 8100 or 8150? (8 mm, grid 100 or 150 mm) or if I should go up or down in size. The doweling will be with tens or twelves.
