Foam only in wall and no studs?

Working on fixing the bathroom but notice that the walls are foam-filled with thermoplast. There are no studs. It's gypsum and filled with foam.

How do you attach heavier bathroom fixtures like a shower corner, etc., then? How can you solve this when there are no studs? :eek:

Are there no studs? Spontaneously, it sounds like a major shoddy construction.
