Hi, I wonder if you can help me with advice on the thickness of beams for a loft. The dimensions are 4400x2300, there is a wall underneath at 1700 in from one direction and another wall at 1100 in from the other direction, both walls are 2300 long. I wonder how much I can reduce the dimension if the extreme case is that there is no space between the beams. I want to get as much ceiling height as possible in the loft without lowering the walls below. The weights will be about 250 kg.
