Hello,
Vänerply's flooring plywood seems to be relatively free from formaldehyde:
"Vänerply is exempt from the Swedish Chemicals Agency's regulations on formaldehyde as the levels are very low and comparable to solid wood."
Then it says that phenol is used, but is that good, isn't that also carcinogenic?:
"Vänerply is exempt from the Swedish Chemicals Agency's regulations on formaldehyde because the plywood is bonded with phenol resin glue. This results in minimal formaldehyde emission, comparable to solid wood."
