We have widened a doorway, and at the top of the new opening, there is a 120mm beam to support it. There is a gap (about 5 mm) between the beam and the Treetex wall above that cannot be covered with a trim, so instead, I would need to fill it with something. I've been advised on Husfix? Or would filler work, and if so, what type?
Ps. We will be putting plasterboard on one side of the wall, but it's not possible on the other side.
