Today, I have an area of 150 square meters of tongue-and-groove wooden flooring that I'm considering treating.

The space is used as a storage room and workshop and is not insulated.

Does anyone know if there is a good and affordable fire-retardant floor paint that also withstands some wear and tear? Is it cost-effective?

Or should I go for some form of fireproof gypsum board that can also withstand a hand-pulled pallet truck? What is recommended?

You might consider using self-leveling compound.
Like the kind used in wet rooms under tiles or vinyl flooring.
And then paint with a suitable paint.
