Filling holes in concrete ceiling

What method is recommended for filling old lamp holes and similar in concrete ceilings in an apartment? I would like to fill with something that has a strengthening effect. Not that I believe the ceiling would collapse soon, but just to be safe Is there something like a filler or "hand concrete putty"?

Okay, but then I guess my putty knife is better. So there's nothing specifically made for this purpose?

if you find filler in a tube with a long nozzle, it's the best

Seems unnecessary to strengthen, but if I absolutely wanted to, I would probably use anchoring compound. Biltema has it at the right price.
