I have used both Jotun Demidekk and Flügger.
The latter probably has a bit more oil as a base.
Both have worked well on current buildings since 2010.
I have used Jotun with good results on previous houses.
But the most important thing is probably still good preparation, with base oil, etc.

Falu red paint or similar distemper paint is superior in my opinion, it depends a bit on how the house is built. As long as the facade is under a roof and has the opportunity to dry out occasionally, it works very well. It's also easy to repaint, just brush off the loose parts and apply new paint. Folksam's test is conducted by painting a surface that is then exposed at a 45-degree angle facing the sky, and it's obvious that distemper paint gets low ratings in these tests, I've received that acknowledgment in an email from Folksam. In reality, the facade shouldn't need repainting if it's the right construction and the right wood, then the paint becomes cosmetic.
