I am having trouble deciding on the material for the exterior walls of a new 1.5-story villa. 365mm Ytong or 350mm Leca isoblock? The walls will be plastered both inside and outside.
The foundation will be a slab on ground with underfloor heating.
Can anyone give me any tips?

I only have experience with ISO blocks, which I assume have better insulation capability than Ytong of equivalent thickness. However, what speaks in favor of Ytong must be that it is easier to chase for electricity, plumbing, etc.
