Extending wall brackets for towel warmer?

We are going to renovate the bathroom and will have half-tiled walls. We have now found a towel warmer that unfortunately does not have adjustable mounts. Since the tiled part and the painted part will not align, the wall mounts on the towel warmer need to be extended by about 10 mm at the top. Any ideas on how this can be done? What can be used? Attached is a picture of the towel warmer.
