Hello hello!

I have a quirky wardrobe solution in my apartment as you can see in the picture. Now there is a wardrobe between two small walls. One wall is 47cm deep, while the other wall is only 10cm deep. So the wardrobe sticks out on one side. I want to extend the shorter wall so it also becomes 47cm deep so a wardrobe can be built in. I'm wondering how to proceed.

Here is a picture and an illustration for clarification. The black dashed line is intended for the future built-in wardrobe. The red dashed line is intended for the wall extension.

The photograph shows how it looks now.

What do you think it would cost to extend the smaller wall and build a simple wardrobe with white sliding doors that go up to the ceiling, which is around 3m.

Thanks for the help

Hello!

How: Studs (wood or metal) + drywall, then just measure, measure again, and measure a third time, then go for it :)

Wardrobe: Tear down the existing one, buy tracks and doors, available at Bauhaus or similar, then attach the tracks to the ceiling and floor and mount the sliding doors! Done! :D

I can't answer on the cost, try visiting Bauhaus/K-Rauta/Byggmax or something similar, they have everything you need!

Best regards and Good Luck! d^_^b

Hi, it's starting to become time! Are there any good guides online? It would be fun to fix it myself!
