Hi, has anyone installed underfloor heating in a prefabricated house with the weird floor structure?

I'm planning to install underfloor heating with tiles in the hall, a total of 6 sqm.

But I don't want it to build up too much in height.

Currently, there's a cork-plastic mat with a 3.5mm plywood directly on the elements in the floor.

I was thinking of removing that and then laying floore underfloor heating boards (cell plastic) directly on the elements, and then adhesive and tiles on top. Apparently, you can do that with floore's underfloor heating. But do you think it's enough for the load-bearing capacity of the elements so that the joints won't crack?

I would prefer not to install a gypsum board as that would add another 12.5mm to the floor height.

Has anyone done something like this?
Best regards/Tony

Hello!
We are considering doing the same thing but unsure if it will work. Did you succeed? :)

Any experiences from Floore and tiles directly?

how did it go with the floor? Please share. -and the usual photos, of course

Hi! Well, they worked fine for me, though one tile in a corner came loose, but I think it was poorly glued. :) inserted 2 boards in the basement ceiling as in the picture. Blueprint showing reinforcement beam installation with step-by-step instructions, including cutting and positioning details, labeled in Swedish.

Which photos do you mean now? :D

Dark gray tiled hallway floor with wooden trim, leading to a white door. Shadows from a handrail are visible on the tiles. Underfloor heating installation in progress with visible pipes, a drill, tape measure, and pencil on metallic reflective insulation. A mounted manifold with connected copper pipes on a wall, part of an underfloor heating system with insulated pipes on the floor. Room with metallic underfloor heating panels, numbered sections, adjacent to a wall with a radiator. Floor tiles being installed with spacers and leveling clips on a concrete surface in a room under renovation.

pictures from before/(during/)after the work, if you have any. So the rest of us can feel lazy for doing nothing...

Nice!

have you done all the work on your own? Now I'm getting performance anxiety.

A gray cat on a tiled floor with shoes and a coat rack visible, an air compressor near a door, and a child in the background. Hallway with a white door, round mirror, coat rack holding jackets, and shoe rack with boots and shoes, on a dark tiled floor.

So nice! Good with the shelf (which hides the pipes?)

Thank you so much! :)
Working on the kitchen now
Kitchen under renovation with unfinished cabinets and exposed wall, tools and bags scattered on dark floor. Renovation project in progress, kitchen with open walls and construction tools scattered around, overhead lights and a chandelier visible. White kitchen cabinets under construction with a black countertop, sink, and stovetop, in front of a partially finished wooden and plastered wall.

Yes, it hides the pump for the underfloor heating. I thought it would be practical so they wouldn't be visible and also serve as a kind of bench. :) Same tiles on the top as on the floor.

Does it matter if you install waterborne floor heating "in the middle of" a radiator circuit that then continues to other radiators? I'm interested in doing something similar in our hall at some point in the future but probably keeping the radiator as well.

I understand that a shunt and pump are needed (anything more or less?).
