Driveway to garage

I get a slight level difference from the yard's gravel to the garage's concrete slab.

Have compacted thoroughly and filled in again and compacted, but there is always a small difference in the end.

Does it wear on the tires?
Should I bevel down the concrete edge, or is there some type of driving plate I can lay at the edge?
Or should I just ignore it?

I built a form against the edge of the garage and cast a small ramp. I'll upload a picture tomorrow.
