I am going to install an outdoor water tap. Therefore, I need to drill a hole about 25 mm in size through first the tile and then out through the wall (concrete). What type of drill bit should I use?
Would a regular concrete drill work, or is there a risk that I might crack the tile then?

Grateful for any thoughts!

Tile drill speeds it up but a good hammer drill should work, though it takes a heck of a long time.
No hammer action!!!!

What does the exterior wall look like? If it is plastered, there's a risk it will crack if you drill from the inside; in that case, I would rather sacrifice a tile. From what type of room are you drilling? Bathroom? Laundry room? etc.

I would use a hole saw for tiles and then drill further from there. If it's concrete hollow blocks or similar behind, you need to use percussion to get through, preferably a hammer drill when you have such dimensions.
