Is it allowed to drill into a laminated wood beam?

There's probably no law against it.

But where is the beam located and how big of a hole do you want to drill?

The beam is in the kitchen ceiling as a load distributor
Drilled holes 30mm 7 pieces and screwed into the ceiling and glued

It depends more on:
Where are / will the holes be placed? Normally, making holes along the neutral axis does no damage at all. Where there is the highest bending moment, one should be more cautious. If the holes are placed on the tension side at the outer edge, it can be bad.
A picture / sketch helps?
