Drill hole in lightweight concrete slab
With such large holes, you probably need some relief.
I vaguely remember that it is possible to make a circular hole with a diameter of half the element's width. Check with a designer or manufacturer.

It's not a road; it's a floor structure between the basement and the upper floor. The conduit will be for all the pipes to the electrical panel and network, as well as for audio and video. There are likely to be several pipes.
I don't know who the manufacturer of the lightweight concrete is.
The house was built in '64.

From what I have read about lightweight concrete flooring, it is most suitable to make openings in the joint between them as the reinforcement is centered in each element.
