Don't own a drill... planning to polish walls with gypsum plaster and wondering if it's worth buying a really cheap drill at biltema or clas ohlson or similar (approximately 150-300 SEK) or if it won't work? Anything I should consider?

How much should you plaster? If there are many bags to be used, you should buy a tool for it, but not a regular drill, it will just burn out. You should buy a bruksblandare, i.e., a more powerful mixer. Even a cheap variant will suffice for limited use.

It's also possible to rent tools.

Thank you for your reply!! Well.. I'm going to start with a small hallway, and then maybe a couple of small walls in a kitchen, so it's not a large amount. Also, I'm a complete beginner so I should probably mix a little at a time (so it doesn't dry before I get it up..).
Do you think there's a big risk that a cheap drill will burn out even for such a small project?
I saw that Biltema had a very cheap hammer drill for under 200 SEK..

Are you really going to plaster and not skim-coat? I mean, even for a small hallway, if you plaster say 20 m2 of wall with 1.5 cm thickness, it will amount to 10-12 bags of 30 liters of ready-mix mortar. It's a completely different task to skim-coat evenly to apply wallpaper. Then it doesn't require much volume and you can mix it by hand.

We might mean the same thing? I will be using plaster - not regular mortar. And as thinly as possible, after which it will be brushed since I want a surface with a rather rough texture - similar to a stable wall
Here is the plaster I have acquired:
