Drill 50mm hole in load-bearing 4" stud

Hi!
My first post
I have the desire and need to drill a 50mm hole through a stud that is 2"4 and is load-bearing. I realize it might not be the smartest idea (?). Is it possible to mount two additional studs on either side to increase "load-bearing capacity"? I have the option to do this.
The reason for the large hole is the installation of a central vacuum system.
Attached are pictures showing other installations that I will move or remove (so I'm not asking about that concern). Red circle is where I thought to drill, but maybe a little higher up. Green lines symbolize additional studs that I can mount. These also of course need to be drilled through.
Grateful for answers.

If you drill in the middle, there's no danger. Nothing will collapse because you drill through a regel.

If you add another rule, you have probably eliminated most of the weakening you get. The little extra effort is probably worth it anyway.

Aha, you mean the water pipes? Those will eventually be removed too
