drag thread/black yarn?

Hello, I'm looking for a product name.

During my internship, we had something like a yarn thread but much stronger, we called it a "dragtråd" and used it to pull cables through pipes. To be a bit clearer, we attached it to the existing cable, pulled it through, and then attached the cable to the yarn and pulled it through again. I've gone around asking for "dragtråd" in several different stores, but no one understands what I mean and only suggests pull springs.

It’s clear that this product is used for something other than pulling cables through with, so maybe some of you know what I mean.

It looks like a black spool that's about 15 cm tall with plastic around it where the thread is coiled, it’s black and is some form of very strong thread. Can anyone help me with what it's called and where it can be bought?

I thought they were sold as something else since they had never heard of pull thread at Bauhaus and Malmbergs, but maybe it's just that they're not so common and are not sold anywhere other than wholesalers.

That looks like regular balasnöre, lantmännen have that.

I don't know about Malmbergs but at Bauhaus, they probably have no idea about anything they sell, I asked for a broom but the seller didn't know what it was

I believe the correct name is filmgarn. It is frequently used as a pull line in conduits when cables are not laid directly. I've seen the white version commonly used for hay binding.
