When I screw the first layer of floor gypsum onto the already laid subfloor, the gypsum "bulges" around the screw. Sometimes it's just the paper that sticks up.

Will this be a problem when the next layer of gypsum is laid?

It is better to glue floor gypsum. There are several types of board glue made specifically for this purpose. Ardex and Casco, for example.

I guard with both glue (ardex) and screws.

Try using drywall screws to see if the bumps become smaller.

Thanks for the tip, but I have tested both types of screws. The hårdgips becomes a little less, unsure if it matters, never worked with golvgips before.
