I will build a building measuring 6530x7700mm. I want to place a dormer on the side that is 7700mm. I am at the stage and need to draw this in. How should I place this? What CC measurement should be between the rafters so that a dormer can be accommodated?

hello. first and foremost, the dormer must be in the middle of the long side.
important.
the cc measurement is as usual 120 apart.
when sawing open, you simply have to switch a truss if it's in the way.
in your case with a large dormer, a bit more reinforcement is needed on the collar ties, where you might need to insert a glulam beam to support the load. difficult to describe, one should actually draw it out.....
