I am planning to build an interior wall with masonry blocks (lightweight concrete, like Leca) in the basement. The wall will be just over three meters long, straight, and run between two existing walls. The ceiling height is 2.40 m. A door will be placed near the middle, but I have not yet decided on the door's width.

The question is how I should proceed above the door opening.

I have not managed to get any pricing information on a Leca beam (or equivalent from another brand). Wouldn't it work fine with an angle iron or two over the door opening? The dimension of the blocks is 9 x 19 x 59 cm (that's a 9 cm width for the wall before plastering).
 
It took 5 seconds to google a price of 1290kr at Beijer for a beam that is 1.5 m long. Angle brackets, of course depending on how long they are, sound like a makeshift solution. Buy a beam or cast one yourself. Steel beams work too and can be bought for a few hundred on Blocket.
 
Hmmm... I've spent more than 5 seconds searching in Beijer's assortment. Found a 95 mm beam, but not 90. Anyway, now I know that the beam costs roughly the same as blocks, mortar, reinforcement, and rendering together.

Regarding the Santa solution, perhaps I need to clarify:

I realize now that "vinkeljärn" can mean several things. I'm thinking of a beam with an L-shaped cross-section (sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinkeljärn). Two of those of suitable dimensions should act like a U-beam to place the wall blocks in. Is this still considered a Santa solution, or am I now on a steel beam solution?
 
It's excellent, buy a model that is at least 50 high on one side, ideally 40*60 or similar.
The high side vertically on the outside so you get stability.
Recess these into existing blocks so they align with the wall, which is then plastered or paneled.
