Hello!
I have just put up an accent wall of raw wood paneling in the bedroom. The raw wood was indoors for 10 days before it was painted with shellac (is that how you spell it?) and then primed with a base coat. After that, it was screwed up and painted again with wall paint. Unfortunately, there are no visible gaps at all between the boards now
do you think they will shrink more so I get some gaps?

Depends on how dry it was initially and how dry the air is inside.
can only agree with andersmc. I myself installed råspont which I painted with linseed oil paint. I believe they were in place for at least 1 month, but cracks appeared after a while. I should add that I like the cracks, but that's a completely different matter.
Wood as a material will move with the seasons, and this varies between different types of wood. It is least noticeable on lacquered or oiled surfaces where the aim is to highlight the wood surface from the beginning and where any cracks become part of the appearance.
We have installed white-painted spruce paneling on the ceiling, but it was knot-sealed and pre-painted before installation. However, we let minor knot irregularities, etc., remain as it is "real" wood paneling and not any pressed board.
Leave the wall as it is and repaint it in a year, during wintertime, when it's at its driest if you want to make any improvements. One also becomes oblivious to familiar surroundings quickly
