Hello,
I have a pine staircase that needs renovation. The plan is to take down all the balustrades, fill, sand, and paint them white. However, a couple of the balustrades are in a tricky position as you can see here:

The 2 that are positioned at the top are placed in such a way that screws are not accessible. Perhaps I will have to fill, sand, and paint them in place?
