I seem to remember reading somewhere that when Byggmax in Borås was built, the concrete slab was never treated, which got Byggmax a reprimand from the environmental board or the union or whoever it was. Employees were working inside and the floor was reportedly releasing particles that were not good to breathe in. Byggmax had to seal the floor with some kind of primer or similar.

Now to my question, does this also apply to walls in a basement of a villa from the 40s-50s? I have removed paint from exterior walls and then put up metal studs and drywall so the wall can breathe. Is it dangerous now that the wall is not painted?

Maybe a stupid question but I haven't been able to let it go so better to ask.

You have plaster as a surface layer so it should be fine

Concrete floors wear in a completely different way than concrete walls do and produce more dust if they are not treated in some way. You don't need to worry about your walls.
