Yes, as the subject states. I'm going to replace the fence, and the old posts measure 75x75 mm. I want to use the existing concrete posts in the ground, so the question is how to do it. I can't find fence posts that are 75x75 (except in packs of 84...) at any hardware stores, it seems those or 90x90 are the options. It's a small fence, only seven posts that need to be installed.

Should I use a sturdy piece of timber to fill in the space or just fasten the 70-posts with lag screws through the concrete posts and trust that the whole construction will hold together anyway?

Not French, they can't pull together. You should have either carriage bolts or fully-threaded rod, which goes straight through the post and fitting. Then tighten everything up, with washers and nuts, so the wings are pulled in towards the post, then the metal will bend a little at the lower part of the fitting, but it doesn't matter.
