According to Hjältevadshus, the floor joists are designed for a standard bathtub. However, I have bought a jacuzzi that is quite wide, 120 cm. It weighs more than a "standard bathtub," whatever that means. The total weight is 100 kg and it holds 400 liters.
Do I need to reinforce under the bathtub for the floor to support the weight?

A correctly sized floor in a residential house should withstand 200kg/sqm. Additionally, there is a norm for how much point load the floor should withstand, but I don't know it. But presumably something like 1 or more tons on a small area. In public spaces, it has to withstand much more.
Your bathtub sounds relatively standard, in terms of volume. So it should be fine.
