Do I dare to use adhesive that has been stored for 2 years?

Hi!

I have two bags of Casco Multifix white that have been in a closet for about 2 years. Dry and at room temperature. I'm going to lay natural stone outdoors. Is it safe to use this? Lasts at least a year, it says, should be stored dry and cool.

Or am I just being foolishly frugal?
