It's probably black mold.
At Flugger Färg they have something
you can spray on to get rid of it.
I have something similar in the eaves of my new build.
Probably the sheathing was a bit damp together with
last year being the worst ever when it comes to
mold.

Wouldn't use them! I have personally been involved in replacing raw edge boards when just such attacked ones were used. Not fun!!!larsu said:

No, raw edge boards are relatively cheap, so cut them up for firewood and you can sleep well then!!!
