Planning to insulate the garage and considering framing the inside with spaced paneling to avoid running electrical wires inside the insulation. Planning to use 28x70 in the ceiling, will it also work on the walls? Maybe 45x45 is needed to fit electrical boxes and conduits? Then planning to cover walls with chipboard + drywall.

It is usually recommended to place a moisture barrier a maximum of 1/3 into the wall, so plastic 45X45 and then chipboard and drywall is excellent if you want a heated garage.

If you're going to have boxes on the walls, you'll need to frame with at least 45mm, otherwise, they won't fit.

Well, if you have double board on the wall, the box only builds in about 20mm in the wall, but I would still recommend a 45mm on CC 600 so you can add an extra 45mm insulation there. If you're not going to insulate more, 28x70 works perfectly to save space or 22x70 if it's framed 600CC standing. I've sometimes used råspont as it's the cheapest option.
