Dimension battens indoors?

I'm going to build an Attefall house. I have a 45*170 frame, and I'm planning to have vertical panels inside, so outside the plastic there will be battens, which should also serve as space for electrical wiring (is that how it's done?). What dimension should the battens be? That area isn't insulated?

28x70 is common. With cc60 cm. But you can also use 45x45 so you can have a little extra insulation in the space.

Do wall boxes etc. fit under 28*70? Convenient if it takes up less space...

Often the boxes are 45 mm (shallower ones are also available) and they should be installed so they are a few mm behind the finished wall. So 28mm plus your inner wall gives the measurement. So if you have a wall that is around 20mm thick, it's perfect! And you can push them a bit into the insulation behind if needed.
