Diffusion-open age-resistant tape

I am looking for a tape that is breathable for wind protection on the outside of windows, between the frame and facade, as an outer protection of the classic insulation.
Suggestions are welcome. I have seen a variant in "Isolas Vindskyddstejp" but very expensive and hard to find abroad. I would therefore like to order from Germany or similar countries to reduce the price.

Maybe. But then I have to find a diffusion-open backing rod, plus it doesn't feel as windproof as taping. Maybe I'm thinking wrongly.thomasx said:
However, on the inside, it will be a backing rod + acrylic sealant to make it completely vapor-tight together with the construction plastic.

There is filter tape, http://www.bygghemma.se/utomhus/tak/kanalplasttak/tillbehor/filtertejp-halle-isolux/p-171935 but it might be too airy.

But wow, what a grip it has. In several places, I taped between the window frame and the wooden battens on the facade to cover the gap. Had to remove it in one place. When I pulled off the tape, it took wood splinters from the battens with it, it's definitely not duct tape from Biltema...
