Diff lock or not

We are renovating a sports cabin and I am wondering where and if I should have a vapor barrier.
The wall consists of exterior paneling, wind barrier, 95mm insulation, and interior paneling.
Can I or should I place the vapor barrier on the interior paneling and then screw the drywall directly on?
