deck screw instead of chipboard screw?

What is the difference between decking screws and chipboard screws? Can decking screws be used instead?

Chipboard screws are not stainless/rust-protected and are half the price compared to decking screws. They are not made for outdoor use, unlike decking screws. If you have a lot of decking screws lying around, you can use them for chipboard, but not vice versa...

Okay, yes, that's what I thought. I actually have a lot of trallskruv lying around. Then I can use them.
